JBL Tune Flex Charging Case Stopped Working in 5 Months

I bought my JBL Tune Flex earbuds less than five months ago, and the charging case suddenly stopped working without any apparent reason. The case doesn’t charge, the light won’t turn on, and it simply won’t open. I chose JBL for its reputation and quality, but this issue has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I need an urgent resolution—whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund. A product from such a well-known brand should not malfunction so quickly.
