JBL Clip4 Speaker Had Repeated Battery Issues and No Help Offered
I bought a JBL clip4 speaker from Turkey/Mersin, Media Markt in June 2024. I sent the product back three times because it was faulty. Despite telling it many times, my words were not taken into consideration. I explained many times that there was a battery problem and that the product that arrived was not made. (And if a product is sent three times and not made, your employee should understand that it cannot be made!) Half of the year has passed and nothing has changed and I have not been able to use the product anyway. It started giving an error a month and a half after I bought it. You can look at the dates from other fault records. This is a serious insult to both the brand and the consumer. This is the last letter I sent. If nothing is done, I will apply to Consumer Rights. I am attaching it to you as a photo and video. And I do not want this product. Frankly, I am afraid to ask for a new product because I have no assurance left for the brand. I want the right to change or a refund as soon as possible. You can also see the date of the video shooting as a photo. The last error code given to me: AZT000042227 Also, when I wanted to send the product for the 4th time, Media Markt said they couldn't do anything. Because the real problem was caused by the headquarters. This literally means throw your money away, we are not responsible. It's really a shame. If you collect the product, I could use it 5-6 times. It's even more tragicomic that the vendors are so insensitive.
Thank you, contact has been made.
I realized that the problem I experienced was not with the JBL brand, but with the place where I bought it. I understood that Media Markt did not provide any solution and left me in a difficult situation. After my complaint, Aztek service called me and immediately asked me to send the product, and then a refund was issued.
