JBL GO 4 Battery Drains Rapidly, Lasts Only 2 Hours

I purchased the JBL GO 4 speaker, which is supposed to have a 7-hour battery life, but the battery drains after only 2 hours of continuous use. While the sound quality is good and there are no other noticeable issues, the battery performance is highly disappointing. Carrying a charger everywhere defeats the purpose of having a portable speaker.

I expected better from a brand like JBL, especially since portability and long-lasting performance are key selling points. I am requesting a prompt solution to this issue—whether it’s a replacement, repair, or guidance on resolving this problem. Please address this concern as soon as possible, as it significantly impacts the usability of the product.
