I’ve been using my JBL Tune Flex earbuds for about a week, but the right earbud constantly gives a “low battery” warning and then turns off automatically after 3–5 seconds. I purchased the product from Media Markt. I’ve already tried fully charging both earbuds, checking the charging case, and using a different cable, but the issue still persists.
The product is no longer under warranty, and this problem occurs every time I use it. So far, I haven’t contacted JBL or Media Markt customer service.
I request that the product be repaired or replaced to resolve this ongoing issue.
