I purchased my JBL 520BT headphones from Media Markt on June 1, 2024. For the past two days, the device won’t power on even though I’ve charged it multiple times — there’s no indicator light or response at all. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I haven’t yet had a chance to try a different charging cable or adapter. I also haven’t contacted the store where I purchased it or any authorized JBL service yet.

Since my headphones are still under warranty, I kindly request that the product be repaired; if repair is not possible, I would like it to be replaced. I ask for your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
