Hypic charged subscription without free trial, how can I get a refund?

If Hypic charged you a subscription without offering the promised free trial and you want a refund;

Contact the platform/app store support with a clear escalation (depending on where you subscribed);

• State that you were charged for Hypic without receiving the advertised free trial
• Provide your account email/ID, device type (iOS/Android/web), charge date, and amount
• Include the subscription receipt and/or screenshot showing the charge

Ask them to;

• Confirm whether the free trial was supposed to be applied and why it wasn’t activated
• Explain any conditions that incorrectly prevented the free trial from starting
• Cancel the subscription immediately and stop future charges
• Refund the recent charge since the free trial was not provided

If the refund isn’t issued or support stops responding;

• Save screenshots of the charge, promotional/free trial info, and all communications
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report being charged without a free trial and seek help getting your money back
