Hypic Subscription Charged Immediately Despite Free Trial
On December 12, 2025, using my iPhone SE, I started what was advertised in the Hypic photo app as a “free 7-day trial.” However, immediately after activating the trial, I saw that approximately $50 had been charged to my account. Despite clearly stating “free trial,” the app charged me right away, which I find extremely misleading and deceptive.
After the charge, I tried to contact the app’s customer support but could not reach anyone or find a proper channel to report the issue. I am requesting an immediate refund of this charge, which was taken under the name of a “free trial” without my clear knowledge or consent.
