Hypic Charged Instead Of Free Trial And Ignored Refund Request
On August 24, 2025, while editing a photo in the Hypic app, I was offered a one-week free trial and asked to subscribe. I entered my card details and subscribed, but when I checked my account, I saw that instead of a free trial, ₺250 was charged for a one-month subscription.
As soon as I noticed this, I immediately canceled my subscription and contacted Hypic customer service to request a refund. However, it has now been three days, and I have not received any reply at all.
This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I feel deceived. I only want a refund of the ₺250 that was unfairly charged. I also have the invoice and transaction record, which I can provide if needed.
I am requesting that Hypic resolve this issue quickly and refund my payment. Customers should not be misled into paying for subscriptions that were clearly presented as free trials.
