Hypic Charged For Monthly Subscription Instead Of 7-Day Free Trial

The Hypic app repeatedly showed me an advertisement offering a 7-day free trial at ₺0. I accepted, believing that after seven days, only then would a payment be charged and that the trial would clearly last one week as advertised.

Instead, without honoring the free trial, Hypic immediately charged me and activated a one-month subscription. This is misleading and unfair. A free trial should mean no payment until the trial ends, but Hypic charged me right away.

I feel deceived by this practice and will continue to escalate this issue by filing complaints with the relevant authorities. I demand that Hypic cancel this subscription and provide a full refund for the charge that was wrongly applied. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden charges under the guise of a “free trial.”
