Hypic App Charges $34 During 7-Day Free Trial

On November 16, 2025, I tried to use the Hypic – Photo Editor app under a 7-day free trial. However, $34 was charged to the card registered to my App Store account. I experienced hardship after being charged while simply attempting to use the free trial.

I could not find a customer service phone number within the app or online. I am also unable to send a message through the help section in the app. As a result, I cannot directly submit a refund request. At this point, my only expectation is that the amount charged to my card be refunded as soon as possible.

I kindly request that my grievance be resolved and ask for an urgent response.
