Hypic App Lacks Customer Support After Unauthorized Charge
On November 12, 2025, I downloaded the Hypic app to my iPhone and began using it under the free trial period. However, while the trial was still ongoing, $34 was charged to my account on November 13, 2025. I immediately canceled the subscription through the app, but the fee was still collected.
I wanted to request a refund, but I have not been able to find any customer service phone number, email address, or social media account for Hypic. I also tried to get support through the App Store, but so far I have not found a solution. In addition, the app did not clearly inform me that I would be charged at the end of the trial period.
I request a refund of the payment and that this grievance be resolved.
