Hypic Wrongfully Charged Instead Of Free Trial Subscription

On August 24, 2025, while editing a photo in the Hypic app, I was offered a one-week free trial and prompted to subscribe. I entered my card details and subscribed, but when I checked my account, I saw that instead of a free trial, I had been charged ₺250 for a one-month subscription.
As soon as I noticed this, I immediately canceled my subscription and contacted Hypic customer service to request a refund. However, it has now been three days, and I have received no response at all.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I feel misled and taken advantage of. I only want my money back and my complaint resolved. I also have the invoice and transaction record available, which I can provide if necessary.
I am demanding a full refund of ₺250 and a prompt resolution of this matter. Customers should not be charged for a subscription when they clearly signed up for a free trial.
