Hypic 7-Day Free Trial Charged Me Without Warning

On December 23, 2025, I saw an advertisement in the Hypic app offering a 7-day free trial listed as $0, and I approved it. Normally, the 7-day trial period should be activated first, and only after confirmation should any payment be charged. However, instead of providing a free trial, the app immediately charged me and enrolled me in a one-month subscription.

Without any clear disclosure or transparent consent process, $67 was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card. There is no visible reference number for this transaction. As soon as I realized what happened, I contacted Garanti Bank and had my credit card canceled for security reasons.

I absolutely do not accept being charged and enrolled in a one-month subscription when I had approved what was presented as a 7-day free trial. I am requesting that Hypic fully refund the $67 charged to my card.
