In the Hypic – Photo Editor & AI Art app, a one-week free trial offer appeared through the App Store. On November 21, I clicked the button to start the free trial, but none of the Pro features were unlocked. I assumed the trial had not actually started. During the week, I tried several more times to use the Pro features, but they still did not activate, so I believed there was a system error.
Today, however, I noticed that my card was charged. Even though I was never able to access or use any of the Pro features during the supposed free trial period, it appears that a subscription was activated and I was billed.
For this reason, I request a refund of the improperly charged fee and the cancellation of my subscription.
