Hypic Subscription Payment Taken but Pro Features Not Activated

On March 12, I purchased a monthly subscription through the Hypic application using my bank card. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, the Pro features were never activated in the app, and I am unable to use the subscription I paid for.

After noticing the issue, I tried to contact the support team through the app, but I did not receive any response. To this day, my account still does not show an active Pro membership, and I have not been able to access any of the paid features.

This situation has caused clear inconvenience and financial loss, as I paid for a service that was never delivered. Since I have not been able to use the subscription at all, I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged to my bank card.

I expect this issue to be reviewed promptly and my refund to be processed without further delay.
