Hypic App Subscription Refund Rejected by Apple

On January 1, I purchased a subscription to the Hypic app through the Apple App Store for $67. Even though it was still the first day of the subscription, I was not satisfied and wanted to cancel and request a refund the same day. However, the system only offered an option to cancel the subscription, not to request a refund, and no refund was issued.
During this process, I contacted both Apple and Hypic support. I submitted a refund request three separate times, but each time my request was denied. Even though I canceled the subscription on the very first day, I was not provided with any assistance or a clear explanation, which has caused me financial hardship.
I am requesting a full refund of the $67 subscription fee and that this issue be resolved.
