Hotels.com Overcharged Me on 3 Hotel Bookings Despite Quoted Prices

I booked hotel stays in three different cities through Hotels.com, carefully checking the quoted prices on the site. I completed the payments using my credit card, and the charges were processed immediately.
However, when I checked my credit card statement, I was shocked to discover that I had been overcharged for all three bookings—the amounts billed were higher than the prices shown and paid on Hotels.com at the time of booking. This is unacceptable and deceptive.
I contacted Hotels.com multiple times, submitted all required documentation and evidence of the overcharges, yet I have received no resolution, no adjustment, and not even a proper response. It’s as if they’re deliberately ignoring my complaint.
I feel deceived and financially exploited. If Hotels.com takes extra money beyond the agreed price and does nothing to correct it, this reflects very poorly on their integrity.
I demand:
A full refund of the overcharged amounts.
A formal explanation of how this pricing discrepancy happened.
A review of their billing process to prevent this from happening to other customers.
Hotels.com needs to take responsibility and resolve this immediately.
Progress
I made reservations at 3 hotels in Turkey through your website. I immediately paid for them with my credit card. However, a higher amount was reflected and charged on my credit card statement. Even though I reported this to hotels.com with pictures and documents, they absolutely did not care.

Hotels.com has not contacted me.

Although I have sent the documents to the Hotels.com website multiple times, they have not contacted me at all.

It was forwarded to the Hotels.com site, but no response was received.

There is no progress at all
