Hotels.com Charged Me Twice for One Booking and I Want the Duplicate Fee Refunded



I made a single reservation through Hotels.com, but I was charged twice on my credit card. Even though only one booking appears on my Hotels.com account, my card statement clearly shows that the payment was processed two times. This is completely unacceptable.
There is absolutely no reason I should be paying double for a reservation I only made once. I demand that the second, duplicate charge be refunded to my account immediately. This type of error causes unnecessary financial stress and wastes my time chasing down a mistake I didn’t make.
Hotels.com needs to take full responsibility, fix this overcharge without delay, and ensure that this kind of billing issue doesn’t happen again. I expect a prompt resolution and full reimbursement.
