No Resolution for Hoover Dryer Problem After Two Months

On September 18th, 2021, we purchased a Hoover dryer and washing machine with model number HWP 414AMBC. Within two months, the plastic components within the tumbler became loose and eventually broke off. We had the parts replaced by a warranty service, but the problem reappeared in November 2021. When we asked for a replacement, the service attempted to charge us 300 TL each, for a total of 900 TL. We had never had such a problem with any of the global brands we had previously used, so we requested that the company replace it for free. The problem has not been resolved as of yet, and we have not received a positive response from Hoover. We're frustrated that we're still dealing with the same problem after two months and would appreciate some assistance from the community.

Today, May 15, 2025, the beaters of the machine broke again, the tip suddenly! This is unacceptable. Hoover brand is definitely a mistake. Besides, the product was purchased from Media Markt with BNP Paribas extended insurance, and instead of replacing the beaters, the clever ones declared my device as totaled by giving me a gift voucher based on the 2021 invoice value and also terminated the insurance. Three brands to avoid: Hoover, Media Markt, BNP Paribas Cardif insurance... For your information.

"The brand solved our issue, but I don't think that's enough. They also need to take action regarding the incompetent service. A competent service diagnosed my problem in half an hour and resolved it immediately. Despite repeatedly telling the brand "I am not satisfied with your service," they insisted on not sending another service. If you want your brand to grow, you should have after-sales support handled by competent individuals."
