Hoover Washer Woes

I purchased a Hoover HDP 4149ambc/1-s washing machine with a 14 kg washing capacity and a 9 kg drying capacity about a year ago. The drum's fins recently broke. On July 15, 2023, the authorized service arrived and stated that they would order the part. There have been no updates from them in two weeks. I called the service twice, and both times, they said they would call me back, but no one did. I decided to write on Sikayetvar (a customer complaint platform) and contact Hoover's customer hotline (0850 811 12 90) because I was frustrated. G***, the representative, assured me that they would investigate and get back to me. However, no call was received. Other issues with the machine persist, but I can't even report them without the service. We've been washing our clothes at our neighbor's house for over two weeks. Despite the poor service, I am thankful for good neighbors. Let's see what happens next while we wait.
