My Hoover brand washer-dryer, which I purchased about a year and a half ago, has broken down multiple times. The İzmir Karşıyaka Hoover service took the machine for repairs for the third time, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Each time the machine was returned, the same issue reappeared within days, making it impossible to use. Hoover Turkey shows no interest in resolving the issue, and the brand is not addressing the problem. Despite my numerous complaints, they are now asking for a fee to repair the machine, even though it is under a 3-year warranty. I feel deceived by their lack of accountability and regret trusting this brand.
