Noisy Hoover HDP 4149AMBC/1-S Washer, Expensive Repairs

Two months ago, I purchased a Hoover hdpd 4149ambc/1-s 1400 rpm 14 kg / 9 kg dryer washing machine. It was fine for regular clothing, but I've recently been experiencing excessive noise issues. Despite its 14 kg capacity, the machine is equipped with low-quality plastic drum paddles. The service team informed me that these paddles were broken and that I would have to pay an additional 1,800 TL plus a 400 TL service fee to replace them. Meanwhile, other brands sell drum paddles for much less money, around 37 TL. Unlike other appliance manufacturers, Hoover does not stock spare parts, so I am forced to call customer service for every problem. Worse, even though the product is under warranty, the service always blames the problem on customer error. I'm extremely dissatisfied and looking for help. Please call 0532 ****3 37.
