Guess refused to reimburse my new bracelet

On December 21st, 2022, I went to the Guess store in the Antalya Terracity mall and purchased a bracelet to give as a present. When I showed it to my brother for his gift, he said that he did not like it, so when I saw the product on 23.12.2022, with a request for return, exchange, and invoice, my request was rejected. I had taken a photo of the product in the store before, but when I showed it to him, he said that he did not like it. I am taken aback by the fact that they refused to exchange or refund the product while it was still sealed in its original packaging and within the allotted time frame for doing so.
