Guess Giully Backpack Deformed in 2 Months, User Error!
I bought the Guess Giully Backpack as a birthday present for my spouse in late June 2023. I got it from Trendyol, and the order number is 2092387323. I made the purchase through Kiviteks, which is an authorized Guess store in Gaziantep. After only 2 months, the backpack started to crack, break, and peel on the shoulder straps. Also, even though the stitching on the zipper is fine, the part that needed to be sewn has come undone. I returned the bag for a refund after using it for four months under normal conditions. Unfortunately, they rejected my request because they said I made a mistake. I don't agree with the idea that it was our fault for the issues we encountered with the Guess product we bought. We were confident in our purchase, but unfortunately, these problems arose within a mere 2 months. I hope the brand supports its product.
