I recently bought a few items from the Guess website, but they didn't come for another 1.5 months. Some of the things were sent back without ever being sent to me, and the other things were nothing like what they looked like on the website. I called their live support line right away to ask for a return label. I've talked to them a lot over the past two weeks, but they still haven't sent it. I live in Mersin, and because of the recent earthquake in Hatay, I'm making plans to leave the city for the safety of my family. But I can't send back the items I want to send back because Guess hasn't sent me a return label yet. I'm upset that the product image and customs tax were not what they seemed to be, and that I have to wait for the return label. I want Guess to act right away and send me a return label so I can send the items back as soon as possible.
