Guess Does Not Send Courier For Returns, Customer Service Not Adequate

I asked for help with the return of my product attached below due to the lack of size, my return record was created, and although it was written that a courier would be sent home within 48 hours, the courier has not arrived for 10 days and you can never provide neither a cargo name nor a communication. There is never an interlocutor, you talk by chat messaging, they say please wait, we will send mail and there is never a solution, and in every correspondence for more than 10 days, they say that they will send a courier in the same way and end the conversation. They are probably trying to pass the 30-day return process. I called two Guess stores in Istanbul Pendik and they said they didn't know, they didn't even care. Although my return registration was made, the cargo company was not directed to me within 48 hours, let alone 48 hours, 10 days have passed since my return registration. So I took all the documents to court yesterday with Guess correspondence to our company lawyer. 2.100 TL may have gone to waste, but I will get more from them, this is fraud. 28/03/2023 Return Registration #0454197173 Order: #GE04327333 15/04/2023
