Guess Refund Trouble Not Fixed

I made an online purchase from the "Guess" website, but when my product arrived, not only was I required to pay customs fees, but the item was also significantly smaller than what was depicted in the picture. I'd like to return it, but I need to wait for them to mail me the return label and invoice first. Because of the backlog, I haven't been able to send back the item, and I'm not even sure if they'll accept the return. It's ridiculous that I don't even know how much longer I can use this product. I'm regretful I placed the order, and this has been a frustrating shopping experience overall. I would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone.
