Guess Order Cancelation And Shipment Problems

I placed an order for a bag on their website, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, I was completely blindsided when I found out that my order would be shipped from abroad. Now, to make matters worse, the cargo company is requesting a duty fee for my shipment. I reached out to Guess's customer service to inquire about my shipment, but they were completely unhelpful and provided no information. I have no idea where my cargo is, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service from Guess. I am requesting a full refund and for my order to be canceled.
