Guess gave me false information, and now I have to pay customs

I recently bought a product from Guess.eu and was dissatisfied with the service. When I made the purchase, I assumed the product was from Turkey because the website was in Turkish. To my surprise, I was later informed that I would be required to pay a customs tax. This was never mentioned to me during the purchasing process, and I believe I was duped. I'm writing to request a full refund for the product I bought. Given my negative experience with the website, I no longer desire the item and would like my money refunded. I would not recommend Guess.eu to others because of the lack of transparency regarding the customs tax.
