I recently bought something from the Guess website, and when it came, I was shocked to find that I had to pay customs duty fees. Nowhere on their website did it say that the products were coming from another country or that there would be customs duty fees. I would have gone to the store instead if I had known this. It's a dishonorable and deceptive way to do business that makes online shopping frustrating and expensive. As a customer in Turkey, I think Guess Store Turkey should have told me about these extra fees right away, instead of hiding them in small print or not telling me about them at all. I hope that Guess will compensate my financial loss.
