I Need to Know If I’ll Pay Extra Customs Fees on My Joom Order

I recently placed an order on Joom worth around ₺4000, and I’m very confused about whether I’ll be charged additional customs fees or taxes when the package arrives. The app only shows the item prices in my cart, but it doesn’t clearly say whether the customs duties are already included in the total. I want to know if I’ll be expected to pay anything more than the amount shown—especially at the door or during delivery.

Am I going to face unexpected fees or surprise charges after paying in the app? If there’s any customs payment required, I’d like to be informed before placing the order—not after the product ships.

I need clear answers from Joom customer support: Will I be asked to pay anything else when the package arrives in Turkey? If the platform includes customs fees in the final price, they should transparently communicate this upfront. Please clarify this issue as soon as possible.
