About a week ago, I placed an order on Shein totaling ₺3,000 for several blouses in different colors. The products were delivered, but since the sizes didn’t fit me, I decided to return them. I submitted a return request through the Shein app and carefully followed every step of the process. However, no shipping company is accepting the return — the items are still with me, and I’ve been struggling with this issue for a week.
When I contacted Shein customer service, they told me that I needed to find a logistics company myself to send the return. But no shipping company in Turkey is willing to handle the return process for Shein. My order details are GSO13737U00NRSM (return code), and the order was delivered by Kargoist to my Kağıthane address. The policy clearly stated that I had 30 days to return the products, and only one week has passed since delivery.
I request that my issue be resolved immediately, that my return be processed without further delay, and that the ₺3,000 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
