Groupon's Ignoring Consumer Law And Delayed Refund On Canceled Deal
I'm pretty sure they ignore all kind of Consumer Law out there, returning something is impossible as they either don't reply or delay the inevitable so much that it's as if they want you to give up, the deal I got somehow got canceled, something about it being sold less than expected but why is it my fault? they either don't answer or take a long time to get back to me. The process seems to be deliberately slowed down, it's been almost a month and I still haven't seen any proof that my money was returned. Since this happened, I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer. I want the company to follow consumer protection laws, answer customer questions quickly, and speed up the refund process. There is no way I’ll recommend Groupon to others.
