Amazon Has Not Refunded My Money for a Month

Amazon is very slow in refunding money. It has been a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I contact customer service, I’m either put on hold for a long time or given vague answers. The customer representative I spoke with was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and completely unresponsive. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto me instead of resolving the issue. I’ve even provided all the necessary proof of purchase and refund details multiple times, yet nothing has changed. I request that Amazon review the behavior of their customer service representatives and process my refund as soon as possible.
