Mango's Failure to Deliver Bag Despite Multiple Complaints

I placed an order for a bag from Mango on April 17th, but here we are on June 29th, and it still hasn't arrived. I have reported the situation multiple times and sent emails, but no action has been taken. What's more, the website states that the purchase cannot be refunded as if I have received the item, but in reality, you haven't even sent it. I have made several attempts to address this issue by contacting your customer support team and sending emails explaining the situation.  Unfortunately, my concerns haven't been addressed or acknowledged at all, nobody has responded or helped me out. Now I'm stuck with a problem and my order is gonna be super late. What makes the situation worse is the stuff you put on your website, basically, it's saying that once you get the item, you can't get a refund anymore. excuse me but why??? Nah, that's just not true. I still haven't gotten the bag I bought, and it's super annoying that you're not even keeping me in the loop.
