Groupon Sold Us An Expired Deal, We Got Stranded At The Door
the event got canceled and the organizers had already let Groupon know about it. when I got to the venue, there was no event happening. apparently,they sold me a deal that had already expired and didn't bother to tell me it was canceled. my time was wasted and be left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I would like to request a refund for the deal I purchased, as it seems to be invalid and unusable. Don’t want to receive any compensation or gifts. lost faith in their service and won't be using them again, they just ignored our needs and trust of their customers by selling expired and canceled deals. just a promptly refund, no more thx
