When I ordered from Mango, I was let down badly by the customer service I received. The product I received was damaged upon arrival and when I contacted the company to report the issue, I was unable to get through to anyone. I attempted to call numerous times, but the phone went unanswered. I then contacted the shipping company who confirmed that they had also made a report about the damaged product. I followed the necessary steps to return the product and requested a refund for my purchase. Despite returning the product and reaching out to Mango multiple times, I have yet to receive a response or any form of assistance. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I feel as though my concerns have been completely ignored. I demand that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that Mango improve their customer service to avoid similar issues in the future. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
