I Demand Gotogate Fix My Flight Change or Refund Me Immediately

I purchased a flight ticket through Gotogate’s website, but due to weather conditions the airline changed the flight schedule. Since the new date did not work for me, I contacted Gotogate to request a date change. I have now called at least 10 times, and every time I am told “we will fix it and get back to you.” Yet, nothing ever happens—no ticket change, no refund, no proper follow-up.

This lack of action has left me completely stranded. I paid for a service that was altered beyond my control, and instead of helping, Gotogate simply ignores my requests. Both the airline and consumer protection rules are clear: passengers are entitled to either a new suitable flight or a refund when schedules are changed.

I am demanding that Gotogate immediately process my date change or refund me in full without any deductions. If this is not resolved right away, I will never use Gotogate again and will file formal complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and legal authorities.
