GoodNotes Charged After Trial Ended And Refund Request Was Declined

I was using the GoodNotes app on my iPad and started a yearly subscription only to try the 7‑day free trial, as I was not sure if I wanted to continue. My Apple ID / App Store account is registered in Türkiye. On the 7th day of the trial, on 6 December at around 2:00 a.m., ₺450 was withdrawn from my credit card without my clear consent to continue the membership. After realizing the charge, I went to the settings and immediately requested a refund. However, on 7 December at 21:50, my refund request for the order with the number 00001334 shown in my purchase history was declined. At this point I do not have my money back, and I also do not have access to the premium features of the app, so I paid ₺450 and received nothing in return. I request that my ₺450 payment for the GoodNotes yearly subscription started with the 7‑day free trial be fully refunded and, if the subscription is active in the background, that it be canceled, as I did not wish to continue after the trial.
