Last year, I purchased a yearly subscription for the Goodnotes app. However, I haven’t been using the app for a while now. To my surprise, the subscription was automatically renewed without my knowledge or consent this year. I immediately canceled the renewal as soon as I noticed, but no refund was issued despite the cancellation.
I find it highly unfair to be charged for a service I didn’t actively agree to continue, especially without any reminder or confirmation notice prior to renewal. My order number is MTK722ZS3B and the invoice/document number is 117865006449.
I am formally requesting the cancellation of my renewed subscription and a full refund of the charged amount. Please process this as soon as possible.
