Unauthorized App Store Charge and Unresolved Refund Issue

I downloaded an app from the App Store that offered a one-week trial. After the trial period ended, ₺2700 was charged to my card. I wasn’t notified in advance that a payment would be taken, which made the situation even more frustrating. I called customer service, and a cancellation request was submitted, but I did not receive a refund, and I wasn’t able to use the app either. I expected a smoother process from a platform like Apple, especially when the app wasn’t even used. I called Apple customer service multiple times, but my issue still hasn’t been resolved.
