PicsArt Charged Me ₺520 for a Year Without Notifying Trial End and Denied Refund

I signed up for the free 7-day trial on the PicsArt app. I was supposed to receive a notification that the trial had ended after 7 days, but without any notification or my knowledge, a full one-year subscription was renewed and charged. I don’t even use the app. I requested a refund through Apple, but it was denied. I also contacted PicsArt, but no solution was offered. My total loss amounts to ₺520. I paid for an app I’m not using, and despite explaining that it wasn’t my fault, my requests were rejected. I will defend my rights in every way possible and reach out to the necessary authorities. I will work to ensure that the proper action is taken.
