BetterMe Charged Me Monthly Without Permission After Free Trial

Between May 2025 and November 2025, a total of ₺2,450 was withdrawn from my credit card through the BetterMe app without my permission, at a rate of ₺350 each month. After collecting my credit card information under the claim of a free 7-day trial, the app charged me regularly for seven months without providing any notification or service. My subscription is not active, and I did not use the app in any way during this time. These transactions constitute unauthorized billing, unjust gain, commercial deception, misleading the consumer, and unauthorized payment processing under international regulations. I request a full refund of the total amount withdrawn from my card as soon as possible.
