Unauthorized Charge for App During Free Trial – Requesting Refund

I downloaded an app from the Apple Store intending to try its free version. However, on the same day I installed the app, ₺1500 was charged to my card without my consent or knowledge. This was for one of the app’s highest subscription plans, despite the free trial period not even being over. My card was automatically charged simply because it was saved on my account.

This lack of precaution and disregard for the promised trial period is unacceptable. I do not use the app and demand an immediate refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the appropriate authorities. Stop misleading and inconveniencing customers with such practices!
