Hello, my Gameforce Now service automatically renewed on May 18, 2023, without my permission, and my card was charged 450TL. This subscription is linked to the email address [email protected], which I use for business. I'm writing to you from this email address. I got a response from Nvidia Assistant about how to cancel and get a refund. It said that you can only get a refund if you haven't used the game+ service or played any games, and only after verifying the monthly packages that keep coming back. After you buy the package and start your subscription, you can't get a refund if you've already played games or used the service. But there hasn't been any advice or a person to talk to about this. I have not used the Game+ service or played any games, that is a fact. So, I need a 450TL refund as soon as possible.
