BDG WIN Deposit Debited But Not Credited

I made a deposit of 14,500 rupees on 31/12/2025 via PhonePe UPI to my BDG WIN account for the colour prediction section. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and I have the transaction ID, UTR number and the receiver UPI ID as proof, but the money has still not been credited to my BDG WIN balance. After noticing this issue, I contacted BDG WIN customer support and shared the situation, but I have not received any reply so far. This has caused me inconvenience and prevented me from using the deposited amount on the platform. I request that the 14,500 rupees be immediately credited to my BDG WIN account or that the necessary action be taken urgently so I can use my balance without any further delay.
