Siemens Complaint Regarding Repeated Appointment Violations and Service Defects
I have been experiencing a very unprofessional process since November regarding the extended warranty for my Siemens WQ43G2A0TR dryer, and this has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. My dryer’s warranty expired in November 2025. After receiving a call from Siemens, I agreed to extend the warranty for one year. On November 8th, I received an SMS confirming a service appointment. However, no representative arrived on the scheduled date. When I reported this and expressed my inconvenience, a new appointment was set, and I called again on November 19th, but once more no one came and I received no clear information. On December 29th, I contacted Siemens once again and received another SMS for an appointment on December 30th. As with the previous two instances, this appointment was also not honored. On December 30th, I called customer service and was told that a payment link would be sent to me via SMS so that I could complete the extended warranty payment. This SMS never arrived. I called customer service again on the last day of the year to report the situation, but I still have not received any response or solution. These three consecutively missed appointments and the lack of follow‑up, despite all my calls and the time I set aside, are completely incompatible with a brand that presents itself as established and reputable. In Beylikdüzü, İstanbul, I waited at home all day for these appointments and could not reach a satisfactory response from anyone. This shows serious problems in your operational and customer management, and as a result, the Siemens brand has largely lost its credibility for me. I would like to state that I will not be choosing your brand for future purchases. I request that this problematic process be resolved immediately, that my extended warranty for my Siemens WQ43G2A0TR dryer be activated without further delay, and that I receive a clear, official and satisfactory explanation regarding why three consecutive appointments were not honored and why I was not properly informed.
