On November 26, 2025, at 01:03, I purchased a 12-month Ultimate membership on GeForce Now for approximately 3,500 TL. Without using the membership at all, I canceled it on the same day at 01:42, and I was notified in writing that a refund would be issued after the cancellation.
However, even though 15 days have passed, no refund has been credited to my bank card issued by Fiba Bank. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that a refund would be made, but there has been no concrete progress and the process is constantly in a waiting stage.
I request that the amount of approximately 3,500 TL, which I paid for this membership that I never used and canceled on the same day, be refunded to my bank card urgently, without any deductions and without further delay.
