On November 26 at around 10:00 AM, $23 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank debit card under the name “PDF ait” without my knowledge or consent. I had registered with this company only to complete a PDF-related task, and I was asked to pay $1 for that service. I made that payment and used the service. There was absolutely no mention of a $23 charge. If there had been, I would never have paid even the $1 in the first place. This situation is unbelievable. I paid $1 and used the service, and then suddenly I saw that another $23 had been charged. I am demanding an immediate refund. If a refund is not issued, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and the courts. Money cannot be taken this way without my knowledge. This issue must be resolved urgently. There is no customer service or contact number registered under the name “PDF ait,” and since it appears to be a foreign company, I cannot reach them directly. For this reason, I request that this transaction, which occurred without my permission or awareness, be urgently investigated and that the full $23 be refunded to me.
I also request that this unauthorized charge be reviewed from a security standpoint, and that all necessary checks be carried out to ensure that a similar situation does not happen again.
