Big Daddy Game Withdrawal Marked Completed but Money Not Received

I am a user of the Big Daddy Game Android application, and on 14/12/2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₹25,000 to my bank account. In the app, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “completed.” However, the money has not been credited to my bank account. At the same time, the amount has not been refunded to my game wallet either, so my funds are effectively stuck. My UID in the application is 19435789. Regarding this issue, I have sent multiple requests to your support team, but I have not received any meaningful response or solution. This situation is causing me serious concern because the transaction appears as completed on your side, but I have neither received the money nor a clear explanation. I request that my ₹25,000 be immediately credited to my bank account or, if that is not possible, promptly refunded to my game wallet, along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.
